As a Mobile App Developer at Foremation, you will be chiefly required to create, maintain and implement source code to develop mobile apps and programmes that meet the business goals. As our PHP Developer, the main focus of your job scope will be developing back-end components mainly using PHP. Other aspects of your job include fixing bugs and performance problems, as well as writing clean, readable and testable code. As a Consumer Rewards Strategist, you’ll be developing and implementing an effective reward strategy/model, including formulation of points conversion rate, rewards redemption journey, and management of program P&L. Some of your other tasks include project costing and managing the monthly provision for reward points, reviewing and managing rewards inventory to ensure smooth operations, and working closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, data analytics and etc.) to drive overall user loyalty strategy. To measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement, you’ll need to perform periodical reporting. You can also organise interviews, surveys, or focus groups to review and analyse the effectiveness of benefits within the scheme. In the long run, you’ll be responsible for enhancing the quality of the reward strategy/model by suggesting and developing new reward initiatives.

As our team’s Marketing & Event Manager, you will plan, strategise and execute activities and events to engage various stakeholder groups, while actively identifying marketing and promotion opportunities along the way. Good communication skills will be handy for liaising with external vendors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate events from proposal right up to delivery. Other tasks include managing event details such as decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials. You’ll need to produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets), and be the key person to coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot for smooth event execution. And when the event is over, we’ll be counting on you to oversee its dismantling and removal.
